Supporting Education and Assisting Educational Institutions — Including Students Who Are Dedicated to Learning but Lack Financial Resources

Educational Support Since our home is located in Ongkharak District, Nakhon Nayok Province, just 3 kilometers from Srinakharinwirot University’s Ongkharak Campus, we have developed a close relationship with the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Nursing, and several other faculties at SWU. This connection led to our first scholarship program for SWU Ongkharak Campus students in 2015 (B.E. 2558). Today, we provide scholarships to students from nearly every faculty on the Ongkharak Campus.

The COVID-19 era brought about changes in how we live and work, making us more accustomed to communicating online. This shift created an opportunity for us to extend our scholarship program to universities located farther from home. For the 2024–2026 academic years (B.E. 2567–2569), we have awarded a total of 192 scholarships across 7 universities. Recognizing the ongoing need for educational support and believing strongly in the value of these scholarships, Suddhavas House Foundation is committed to expanding this program even further.

In addition, we partner with the Somdet Ya Compassion Project to support the “Pathway to Medical Students for the People of Mae Hong Son” program. This initiative helps high school students who aspire to become doctors prepare to pass the entrance examination for medical school on their own merit. The foundation then provides a comprehensive scholarship covering the full 6-year medical education program, with the condition that recipients return to work in their home province — helping to ease the shortage of doctors in Mae Hong Son Province.
